Mexico. It had been 21 years since my last visit, and I will certainly not wait that long to see you again. Wandering the Sayulita streets, I felt completely transported and transformed, welcomed and humbled by your warm culture and hard working people. Exploring a fish market at La Cruz de Huanacaxtle, and learning local dishes gave me a small, yet powerful, taste of history through food. The flavors are unforgettable- as are the colorful views, and the genuine smiles.
